  • We start with a visit to your home and a clear brief, then draw up the design and take care of planning and building regulations.

  • Trusted trades and specialists carry out the work, from structural changes and extensions through to joinery, flooring and high-end finishes.

  • Conor, a chartered surveyor, is your one point of contact from start to finish, with regular updates, a clear programme and careful control of the budget.

  • We finish to a high standard, walk you through everything at handover and stay on hand afterwards if you need us.
